How to Implement an Efficient Diversity Policy
I think many companies build teams and hire by chance, kind of just maybe gut-based or, you know, married-based. We deliberately make sure that we mix up the breadth of experience that people are bringing to the table with the problems that we're trying to solve for our customers. And it makes for a much richer, and by the way, faster outcome because you've got those different experience sets at the table. It's a very important thing that everyone can do. That concept of tackling a problem collaboratively is always going to make for a better result.
