The Importance of Diversity in the Workplace
A lot of this is different culturally to whether it's Latin American cultures, Indian cultures. And I feel like changing the cultural, changing the expectation from a societal expectation and tradition perspective will take a longer timeframe. However, I think companies can actually adapt a little bit faster in terms of given that kind of expectation. How do we provide a more flexible, more suitable environment for women to grow and develop? That's where I, what we should continue to think about and create that change.
