In the 1960s, consumer follow up studies found that more consumers with no previously stated intention purchased a category than consumers with a previously stated intention. And so you do want to double check you don't have anything that's untoward in terms of holding you back. It also is important from a mindset perspective because a lot of people still believe that people who don't buy the brand have a reason why they don't and that there's a barrier.
