Richard Haas has served in the White House, Pentagon and State Department. He advised then Secretary of State Colin Powell on the Iraq War. In April, he met independently with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to talk about Ukraine. Do you think NATO should admit Ukraine right away? It would be "unbelievably dangerous," says Haas.
