Is It Your Job to Write Code Day and Day Out?
As you move into leadership, it's not your job to write code day and day out. I have the same problem, because my consulting clients is pure advisory. i don't write production code for a variety of excellent reasons, including that i'm bad at it. As soon as i step in and start writing the code myself, its that of some one else whose corps function it is hat causes a bunch of problems culturally. There's probably something more impactful i could be and should be working on. So my answer, in all seriousness, has been ship posting when i bild ridiculous things. You helped out architectura wi.
