But whether it's that 3 or 6 %, whatever you have to end up paying, if they can add more value to you by maybe getting you deals or finding you deals, they can be worth it. The local wisdom in an area, especially ar out of state, that's a lot more important. Maybe they'll do like a virtual walk through for you.
