We go through these periods in time where the beat is direct and inis implied. And then you get into programme musi gitin to disco, where now is direct. So there was a lot of implied rhythmic things going on in that time in music. Then when technology advanced enough for it to be able to capture the bas drum and the snare and al tat these things in the studio, then the beat became more direct. But i think it's cool to play with that when you're making music. Let the beat be malleable. Wois it like the song, like monkes telling you, right?
