He was not because he's an evil guy The reason he did that is because the epidemiologists were telling him that you have to Open hospital beds or people will die from from overcrowded hospital beds That was focused protection Um on the wrong population If he had understood that older people were the most likely to be hospitalized Then he would never have done that, right?
