The state of crime using crypto stand right now is not necessarily financially driven. We've seen individuals that have been able to put messaging within the transactions so that it's encrypted and then infiltrate different aspects. ISIS is trying to raise funds through the use of NFTs. The technology is amazing, but illicit actors can also use it in novel ways that are actually pretty concerning.
