The Five Levels of Listening
There are five levels of listening. Listening to content is what you see, what you hear, what you sense. At level three, we're listening for the context and at level four, we're listens for the unsaid. Context is about the backstory. It's about the culture and it's about the way people express the idea. And when we take the time to listen fully to the backstory, not where they're up to in the backstory, a project will perform better on track-off track.
