The idea is that it's not simply as though with the landy yields that is the prime determination of value of any given thing. The physiocrats for Foucault stepped into the equation and legal theory at some point in the France and really in Europe. So if someone broke a law or affected the production process, they were then seen as affecting the entire social body.
