Sally Kohn: Your hit book, The Shock Doctrine, comes out in 2007. She says the thesis is that capital uses crises to take advantage of chaos and disarray. And she says there's fewer better examples of this than the Iraq War. Kohn: I like to think of blowback as an algorithm for disaster capitalism.
