In the first chechen war, week seven of the russia war, that would be sort of late january. This is just when they're really starting to adjust. Right around this time, they've finally taken the presidential palace. You know, at this point you start seeing young males, mostly, showing up a bound in barbed wire,. with their throats slit or shot in the head, tortured, burned. That said, the war starts going better for the russians t they adjusted.
