How to Measure Your Return on Investment
If you do ROI calculation correctly, and I don't know what's the right math to do it, but the way I do with my clients is you're paying me 10% off the return on investment you're going to get. Say if somebody is a CEO of a $50 million company, you improve their health by 5% and you have given them another $5 million in revenue. You will work with a billion dollars CEO, you increase or make their help better by 2%, you might have generated under $200 million. That's really how it works. A small change for the point of view that you're looking at in a big return on investment just by changing seemingly arbitrary
