I started posting videos on YouTube by myself every now and then with some friends that just helped me. At some point after a couple of years of starting the channel, I decided to offer premium content to make videos for people who were paying about a certain amount in donations. So then I started hiring freelancers and just asking a few people to make these three videos a week. And yeah eventually I, well thing grow, we started making two videos per day, now we make three videos per day for three premium videos and we started hiring people full time.
