Having an Exercise Friend Can Be a Great Way to Keep You Going

Exercise can be hard to stick with for everyone, not just those of us with ADHD. Exercise buddies are a great way to do this - someone who can make sure that you're going to your things. We also want to make sure that we're front loading our effort and having these things done ahead of time. Then we want to try and make this as much of a routine as possible while keeping some novelty at least.
