Is There a Functional Parity?
At shir we see that there is a large number of ingredients that we could make that are functional equivalents. And so instead of throwing a lot of resources trying to make one thing that is bio identical, we say, well, there are thousands of things that could work the same way. So workin choose the ones that we can manufacture with the highest yields and that have the right functionality. That's the unique aspect to our technology where, you know, were not a one ingredient company but an ingredients platform.
