Is There Bruising Under the Muscles?
"It takes some time for bruises to form because bruising is blood, right? It's blood under the skin and arises to the to the surface," he says. "What this indicates to me if she had bruising under the muscles is that the strangulation or the grabbing that would have caused the bruising happened very close in time to her death so that the bruising didn't have any time to form."
