Before he went to law school, Alex Vatanka worked as a summer associate at Williams and Connolly in Washington. He says the experience didn't make him want to be a litigator but it did give him an insight into how American lawyers communicate with one another. "It's hard to do our job without the written and spoken word," said Vatanka of his profession.
