How to Move to a Skills-Based Approach?
A skills-based model is founded in a concept that people have to continuously learn. It has to be anchored in a learning culture, so it does require constant learning. HR systems need to replumb them to skills as opposed to other things like headcount. And then the plum, of course, on the pudding is they can take new jobs and new roles when their skills get to this new place.
