How to Tell When a Scene Isn't Working

A lot which is where I say oh that's where my scene ends. I move it down to the bottom and I say okay I've got this other stuff to accomplish in the in this chapter and the scene. How do we know when we fit that point? We've all said that we know how do we know? My nose tickles. Howard's nose tickles for me. Good. He calls you up and says by the way you just finished with a scene. So I have two answers. The way I actually know which is that it feels right but that's not something you can teach and that's very frustrating.
