The Wet Blanket Wife

This is a sports movie trope, right? And i've written about it a bunch of times back when my fingers worked, about the the wet blanket wives and sports movies. It's their way to pull an actress in a movie that they just know they need a female but they have nothing to do for her. I propose all future movies about workaholics, just make them bachelor to spare us the dead air. In rocky three, yes, i think she really, really helps out. She looks fantastic, and i think she's really essential to that movie. Rocky four, opposite another would stage the worst.
