Pillars of Pentagon
The whole series has a very candy like quality. Like they just made me want to own them and cherish them even though I thought that they were boring. The sidekick thing in these books just almost never works. It's always bad comic relief, but you join an adventurer party. Some of them pillars of pentagon is just dark and sad. And I really highly suggest everybody check out the book because there's a couple structural thing that's interesting. Most of them, you're just playing yourself and you have a sidekick, right? Right. Pillars, you actually are a kid with two sidekicks. You talk to animals and they talk back. Always fun.
