With oil and gas, the tendency for kind of more of siloed is not coming from some sort of, you know, lack of capabilities or lack of innovation. It comes from the need to protect the product, right? The need to silo it in order to make sure that everything goes well because losing an hour has a lot of implications. So we agree. It's important to break the silos. Some of that is going to be process people and culture change. But also referred to something that we see as a shift in the role of the CDO.
