Many people in this society, they don't know how tired we are. So any amount of relaxation, little bit of calmness, the mind takes it as permission to fall asleep. I saw somebody with this slogan, meditation is the new caffeine. This is what America does to meditation. It can help and it does help in your work life, in your personal life. There's a price to be paid afterwards.
