Is the Word of God Able to Judge the Thoughts and Intentions of the Heart?

i'm not going to come down hard on on tyler here. I'm just nuancing some of the statement that he's saying here. Because we do that the holy spirit is working on the heart of man, we would believe he does so through his chosen means. And if god works through the preacher proclaiming the inspired word god, that is special and yes, it was brought by supernatural means. Whether you want to call it that or not, i think it does. It is, by my definition, supernatural and special. The question is: Is hearing the truth of god's word sufficient for the person who hears it? We're not judged by the number of sins we do;
