i think speaking out for what you need makes you look strong, but maybe it makes you fel weaker sometimes. I really hope that the lessons that i'm learning on this journey with ad h d, that as my kids get older and if we start to notice signs of a dh d, or if we don't, either way, i want to help my kids understand that it's ok. And ye, you still need to work hard, but mammy maybe worked herself a little bit too hard, and you don't need to be a perfectionist about things. Ye.
