How to Write Good User Stories

The history of a product gives you a chance to see the full picture. It stops you from proposing solutions that have been tested before helps you understand what design constraints there are and reveals the decisions that led to the current iteration of the product. Writing good user stories is harder than it sounds so she's seen well meaning product design and engineering folks take this approach to user stories and interpret them as magic words. This does not help it actually tells you the solution already in the title.
