How to Delegate Tasks to Your Team
When you're determining which tasks to delegate first, this is kind of my rule to follow. Be open to the fact that there is going to be quite a few questions in the beginning. Over-communicate until I ask you to stop. Never assume that they know what you want in a certain situationEither until you have worked with your assistant for a while. Common sense is not always common. What you might consider common sense and what you would do in a situation isn't necessarily what they might think as well. Just tell me, just tell me too much until I'm like, hey, you know what? I actually don't need to know that. Let's build a little bit
