Is This Just Economic Warfare?
The idea that this is somehow trying to like cripple China's economy is completely ridiculous because the number of chips that's controlled and it's very, very small. This is not the kind of thing that's going to have some massive country white effect. The problem is that you can't cleanly separate the technology that's being used in the civilian sector versus military applicationsBecause the technology is so multipurpose.
