Clarence Thomas and Justice Jackson's View on Diversity

The most interesting part of this case to me is the flashpoint between Clarence Thomas and Judge Jackson. He says it's a cancer on people to indoctrinate them with the idea that their whole life is being determined by their race. And he takes shots at, at Justice Jackson saying her view is nothing but racial determinism. But Sotomayor is primarily in my view facing on the focusing on the diversity side of this.
