The Relationship Between Kepler and Caloon
New Cali Phil 69 is an exploration of the culture and identity of New Caledonia. The game was funded by independent games fund Caloon Knights, who are also a part of publisher Kepler Interactive. Chia has been in development for two years with no funding or support from any major publishers so far. It's now 85% complete - that must have been nerve-wracking but exhilarating to make it happen.
