E-Commerce: Is It a Universal Problem for Most Merchants?
Shopify is now about 10% of all e-commerce in the US. If you were to think of us as a single merchant, we would be the second largest online retailer in America. The fact that I can track my tea from China where a lot of our tea is made right to the end consumer is fucking unbelievable. And because I'm part of this network, this community, I'm paying the same pricing as the biggest companies in the world pay.
