I like science books that make it clear that science is a story of people. I think that's often forgotten and that contributes to why so many students find it dry and dull. It's an exciting story of humans and egos and... For the great but flawed human beings. We're all human, we all make mistakes. And I agree it's a good way of getting into some quite difficult topics inside. If you can try to weave in, that's what I tried to do in my book.
