What Does the Future Career Look Like for You?

I don't know how to help myself in my career. I just kind of put my head down and work hard and care about what I care about deeply but in terms of leveraging my past success and having that work for me. It has worked but I think it's also unsustainable past a certain point. There's a high burnout rate. At what point is that burnout rate for you? I was there six months ago but now I'm forced to stop so I'm past that point now. What does the next role look like for you? What comes up? I would say it's about 30% of what I currently have and 60% of what he doesn't yet have.
