You Know, I've Got a Masters Degree in Cultural Reporting and Criticism, Right?

I think there's a lot of overlaps between journalism and UX. A lot of my work in UX is selling ideas, which is very similar to what I did as a journalist. The criticism piece comes through in this book that I wrote. In the beginning of the book, you out yourself as a Technophobe. Is that, is that, I guess that's connected to the criticism angle that you're talking about? Absolutely, absolutely.
