How to Audit the Ethics of an Organization
Internal audit can give a real insight, of course, into the behaviors of the organization. How do we audit the ethical culture of the organization? Well, first and foremost, we need to look at what the organization is doing - whether it's got the right arrangements in place. And then other matters I've spoken about already: What's the sport speaker arrangements are there? Is there trust in those arrangements or do they fear retaliation?
