The Benefits of Class B Industrial Parks

The fundamental economics and dynamics that set this asset class up are very strong. Oftentimes, the TI that we're giving, especially in the market right now, is zero up to a couple dollars a foot. These buildings are low cost to maintain. The biggest CAPX items are often the foundation's good. And so you know, over the long term, it looks to me like we'll get a lot stronger.
