Leaders need to be both arsenists and fire fighter. There isn't time to develop everything. Choose the right customers, the intelligent ones who are ahead of the game. If typicallis three reasons why you should kill a prototype, eh, the customer doesn't like it. Or b, we can't crack the technology. or see, there's no way we're gong to make money with any of those,. if ha, then that's a strong reason to kill them.
