Chiffany grew up in west philadelphia neighborhood that struggled with poverty and shooting for a long time. School wasn't just a place to learn, it was a place of stability and safety in an often chaotic world. Tiffany also played socker, joined youth groups, entered with her schools administrative office,. took classes at a local university, worked a job, anything she could to stay occupied.
