Is 2020 a Normal Year?

A lot of the polls that we say were so far off in 2016 were taken at or before that Comey press conference about Hillary Clinton. So it's very possible that on October 15th of 2016, Hillary Clinton was ahead and that on November 8th, she wasn't. And it doesn't mean the polls were wrong.
