How to Improve Your Conversational Skills
I think in terms of, you know, top tips to be a better conversationalist, it's really listening to people. I did some work looking at how people in different organizations ask their client or their prospective customer for their email address. And sometimes they're just quite different from what the person asking them is capable of picking up on. So if you greet everybody in the same way and every message in thesame way, probably you're not thinking about your actual recipient.
