All Sexual Violence in Times of Armed Conflict
All sexual violence in times of armed conflict is going to be a war crime, says Andrew Keen. The question is whether you can use either human rights law or some form of the laws of war to impose positive obligations on both states. It's often wrapped up with all kinds of issues about the status of women in society and it doesn't need to be necessarily part of a policy. But i think the fact that this is a massive aggression and the massive destruction that has happenedd ves to be treated am in a trial of the crime of aggression.
