In the previous essay when I read it seemed like you're suggesting that this is a serious case and we need to go through a major surgery and 50-50 chance of survival. This one seems like even if you go to a general physician and administer a couple of medicines you can you will find. So in the essay you basically make three sets of arguments. In that things seem to be working in a particular way because no party had achieved domination at the national level. Coalition used to form governments and they were always the grip on power was always a little tentative and now there is a dominant party that has risen.
