I feel like I've, as it goes on, usually what happens with projects that of this magnitude is you work on them for a long time and you start to question whether or not it's even worth making. The more I work on it, the more I feel like it's a story worth telling and a game worth making. But replaying earthbound has kind of put me in touch with why I liked games as a kid. Sometimes because I'm working on a very narrative heavy game, IKind of, and that's something that's like, detectivey and about talking to people and investigating and kind of looking for clues.
