Cloudy is a tool that lets developers use conventions to simplify their job. For example, you can define where servers receive traffic from and then build health checks on top of it. Observability is the biggest one of all: how do you make sure those metrics reach whichever monitoring system you have? How alarms are created? It's something that you also want to have out of the box and make sure that it's standard everywhere.
