The Narrative of Higher Education

David Frum: I know there's a long arc story that you've been putting a lot of thought into recently. And that's the narrative we tell ourselves around education, and higher education in particular. He says as a big butt, he can't help but think that something has gone wrong in that storyline. Frum: The outcome of this becomes tragic, but it also makes me angry because it is based on a kernel of truth.
