The Importance of Flat Design

I want us to do more designing direct, more HTML prototyping. I don't want to sit here and receive a PDF or a JPEG of a design suggestion. That's complete and flat. We focus too much on the visual and not enough on the user. It just comes into a science process. Yeah, maybe you have to do it differently than we're doing it today. Exactly.
