The Green Climate Fund Is a Great Idea, but How Much Will It Be?

Ritu Bharadwaj is not overly thrilled about how little has been decided about it. For one the fund has no money in it just yet. It will only be at COP 28 that will be held in 2023 where proposed details will be revealed then it will be debated and possibly debated some more.
