Exwis: You have to come in as a partner, not as an old school, big control shop. And i found it really refreshing when they set the cadence and the process. Most misses came back with three or four items that you should at least be aware of. If we speak for five minutes, cool. We speak for the entire 30 minutes,. But i they really appreciate that, the situation awareness and that collaborate approach.
